Jindal Global Law School - One-Year LLM Program Admission 2016-17

Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) offers specially designed, fully accredited, one-year full-time LLM programme with a global exposure for students seeking a world class postgraduate education in Law. Jindal Global Law School LLM Admission Notice 2016 through LSAT has been announced.

The Law School offers one-year LLM in the following fields:

- Corporate and Financial Law and Policy
- International Trade and Investment Law
- Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Law
- General LLM

The LLM program is academically rigorous, requiring students to produce at least one scholarly piece of writing of publishable quality during the course of their study

JGU has established five schools Jindal Global Law School, Jindal Global Business School, Jindal School of International Affairs, Jindal School of Govt. and Public Policy and Jindal School of Liberal Arts & Humanities
Programs 5-year B.A. LLB (Hons) Program; 3-year LLB Program; 2-year LLM Program; 1-year Executive LLM Program (Taxation); and 1-year LLM Program

For LSAT India 2016

Last Date for LSAT - India Registration: 01st May 2016

Date of LSAT - India Exam: 15th May 2016

Date of LSAT - India Results: 03rd June 2016

For JGLS

Last Date to Submit JGLS Admission Application: 31st May 2016

Last Date to Submit JGLS Scholarship Application: 31st May 2016

Eligibility

Applicants to the LLM programme at JGLS must have a Bachelor's degree in Law from any university in India or abroad that is duly recognized under the law and by the regulatory authorities

Students graduating in 2016 can apply, however they should submit their final certificate/mark sheet at the time of admission

Selection Procedure

Admission will be based on the performance of one of the following entrance examinations (70% weightage)

1. LSAT-India Entrance Test
2. University of Delhi, Entrance Test (2016) for LLM admission
3. CLAT-PG Entrance Test (2016) for LLM admission and; Statement of purpose, Curriculum Vitae and a telephonic interview (30% weightage)

Residence Hall Dining & Laundry INR Rs.1,85,000/-

How to Apply

Register online for the LSAT-India entrance test by logging on to www.pearsonvueindia.com/lsatindia

After registration, the applicants can login multiple times with their user name and password and edit/update their online application forms

Applicant are required to make a payment of INR 3000/- (Indian Rupees, Three thousand only) through Debit /Credit or a Demand Draft in favour of O.P. Jindal Global University, payable at Sonipat

After submitting the online application, the applicants are requested to take printout of application form (it will be also mailed to the applicant's registered email address LSATIndia@pearson.com
