Calcutta University Entrance Exam widely known as Calcutta University BA LLB 2016
is a state level exam. This exam is conducted to offer admission to
students in BA and L.L.B programme in different affiliated colleges
across Calcutta. Candidates who are willing to apply must visit the
official website www.caluniv.ac.in to register from June, 2016. The
Calcutta University Entrance Exam is conducted by the University of
Calcutta and the university has total 14 campuses spread over the city
of Kolkata. Applicant has to complete their Higher Secondary exam before
applying for the test and the university is also affiliated with AIU,

Calcutta University BA LLB 2016 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy the below conditions before they apply for the examination:
- Candidate should not be more than 20 years of age as on 1st June, 2016 and 22 years for SC/ ST students and 25 years in case of PH students.
- Candidates appearing should have completed their Higher Secondary Certificate or its equivalent examination from a recognized University/ Board.
- Candidates must score at least 45% of aggregate marks in their HSC/ 12th exams to be eligible (40% in case of SC/ ST category students)

Step 1: Candidates those who are eligible shall register himself/herself at the link given www.caluniv.ac.inStep 2: Candidates
applying must fill in their Mobile Number, Educational Qualification,
personal, Caste category and other details as mentioned in the form and
submit it. Candidate will receive a user ID and password
Step 3: Candidate need to login and fill the preferred institution and entrance examination centre and save it.
Step 4: Candidates
applied must pay their application fees online through Debit/ Credit
Card and offline by downloading SBI Challan and pay at any SBI branch.
Calcutta University BA LLB 2016 Application Fees
The application fees for the exam is Rs 300/- for general category and Rs150/- in case of SC/ ST/ PH candidates.
